  • Do you work with athletes during competition season?

Yes. In-season training is important for maintaining strength, reducing injury risk, and helping athletes stay durable throughout long seasons. Training volume and intensity are adjusted appropriately during competition season.

  • Do you offer private training?

Yes. We offer limited private coaching for athletes who need individualized programming, return-to-play support, skill-specific development, or additional accountability.

  • Do you help with injury prevention?

Absolutely. Our training prioritizes movement quality, strength balance, joint stability, landing mechanics, and athletic resilience to help reduce injury risk.

  • How do memberships work?

Athletes enroll in a recurring class schedule based on age and training level. Memberships are billed monthly and reserve your athlete’s spot in class.

  • Can athletes make up missed classes?

No. Because our classes operate around a program, if they miss a session, they just jump back into the next one.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Membership cancellations require 30 days notice. Personal training cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are forfeited without refund.

  • What happens if an athlete is injured or has a concussion?

Athlete safety is our top priority. Athletes with suspected concussions must provide clearance and return-to-play guidance from a qualified medical provider before resuming training. We can adapt workouts to accommodate orthopedic injuries.

  • Do you offer team training for cheer gyms or school teams?

Yes. We partner with school programs, all-star gyms, and teams to provide structured strength & conditioning programs that improve athletic performance and help coaches delegate training to qualified professionals.

  • I don't live near you. Are there online options?

Yes! Our programming can be accessed through an app. You can follow it along on your own, or you can sign up for virtual coaching.

  • Do athletes have to be cheerleaders to join?
