Madi Haskins

Owner, Head Coach

With a vision for building something meaningful, Madi Haskins is the founder and head coach of Full Out Strength & Conditioning. A former Divison 1 athlete with Boise State University Cheer, she brings firsthand experience in high-performance training and competition. As a current high school head coach, she understands what it takes to develop and connect with athletes at any stage, and any age. Her coaching is built on accountability, confidence, and long term athlete development. She's committed to helping athletes train with purpose and perform their very best.


Eric Haskins

Director of Athlete Development

Meet Eric Haskins, Director of Athlete Development at Full Out Strength & Conditioning. With experience coaching and programming for Olympic gold medalists, Division I athletes, and tactical professionals, Eric brings a high-level understanding of performance development across multiple competitive environments.


Eric specializes in building intentional training systems focused on long-term athlete development, movement quality, strength, power, durability, and performance readiness. His coaching combines evidence-based strength and conditioning principles with individualized athlete development to meet athletes where they are and help them reach their highest potential.


From young athletes developing foundational movement skills to high performers preparing for competition, Eric is passionate about helping athletes become stronger, more resilient, more confident, and better prepared for the demands of sport and life.
